Centralize raises $15M Series A to map enterprise deal relationships with AI
Centralize, a San Francisco-based startup founded by Meta and Slack veterans, has raised $15 million in Series A funding led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with participation from Salesforce Ventures, Y Combinator, and angels including former Slack co-founder Stewart Butterfield. The round comes on top of a $4 million seed, bringing total funding to $19 million since 2023.
The platform builds "deal GPS" for enterprise revenue teams, using AI agents that analyze call recordings, emails, calendar events, and web data to construct live org charts and flag when decision-makers shift, budgets move, or key deals fall at risk. Founders Rachit Kataria (ex-Meta, who led Facebook Shops to 250M MAU) and William Wang (who built Slack Huddles) designed it to solve the "multi-threading" problem: identifying and tracking all necessary stakeholders across procurement, legal, and C-suite in a buying committee.
The startup has achieved rapid growth—nearly 8x revenue expansion in the past year—driven by adoption among fast-growing enterprises including CoreWeave, Cognition, Brex, LangChain, and Webflow. It charges based on "accounts under management" with unlimited seats and launched a free single-player tier to seed organic adoption.
For architects building sales ops stacks, this addresses a structural gap: as buying committees have nearly doubled in size over the past decade, the revenue tech stack (built around activity capture) hasn't scaled to navigate those relationships. The AI relationship layer sits between CRM and close.
