Langdock co-CEO hire signals European AI governance: Judith Dada joins Berlin startup

Judith Dada, general partner at VC firm Visionaries, is joining Berlin-based AI startup Langdock as co-CEO starting in September, while remaining a senior partner at Visionaries. Dada was an early investor in Langdock and led the company's previous $3 million Series A round in 2024. Langdock is a multi-model orchestration platform that integrates AI models from Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Mistral into a single control plane, enabling enterprises to switch between providers and deploy AI agents. The company has reached $40 million in annualized recurring revenue and is already profitable. Earlier this year it was backed by Y Combinator (2024), General Catalyst, and angels including GetYourGuide cofounder Johannes Reck. In her new role, Dada will focus on external engagement: policymakers, customers, communications, and building the public case for responsible AI adoption across Europe.

Langdock's growth trajectory and profitability at high ARR signals strong enterprise traction. The company is gearing up for a new fundraise later this year and has more than 10,000 customers ranging from small to large enterprises. Dada has publicly stated her belief that Langdock could become "the largest AI company in Europe."
