Mistral launches Workflows, targeting enterprise AI orchestration market

Mistral AI has introduced Workflows, a new product aimed at enterprise AI orchestration that lets teams chain model calls, tools, and data sources into multi-step automated pipelines — putting Mistral in direct competition with LangChain, Vertex AI Pipelines, and AWS Step Functions for AI.
