Oxylabs hits €3.1B valuation with first outside funding after decade of bootstrapping

Lithuanian web-data infrastructure company Oxylabs secured €113.6 million ($130 million) from Warburg Pincus, reaching a €3.1 billion ($3.6 billion) valuation. The raise marks the company's first external investment since its founding in 2015 after ten years of organic growth, making it Lithuania's second-largest unicorn behind Vinted.

Oxylabs generates €305.8 million ($350 million) in annual recurring revenue and serves more than 350,000 customers worldwide, including Fortune 500 companies and AI developers. The company operates a 175-million-IP proxy network and positions itself as core data infrastructure for agentic AI workflows, focusing on compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and ethical sourcing standards.
