PEAK launches automotive Ethernet media converter for vehicular AI

PEAK Systems released a PAE-Media Converter bridging 100/1000BASE-T1 automotive Ethernet with standard Ethernet, enabling seamless integration for in-vehicle AI and sensor networks. The converter supports autonomous-vehicle and edge-AI deployments requiring native automotive-spec real-time networking.

The move reflects auto-industry standardization around automotive Ethernet as the backbone for AI-driven ADAS and autonomous systems, reducing integration friction for OEMs adopting distributed inferencing at the vehicle edge.
